Terms of Service

Please read carefully. By accessing or using any GSF Digital eWallet service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. About GSF and These Terms

Global Server Forensic Digital eWallet ("GSF", "we", "us") is operated by SkyNet Dynamics S.A. and Al Barakha Horizon Sdn Bhd, headquartered in Malaysia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GSF platform, including the website at gsf-digitalbank.com, mobile applications, API services, and all related financial services.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific terms disclosed at the time of service enrollment.

5.1 Payments and Transfers

GSF processes payments and transfers subject to applicable limits, compliance checks, and processing times. Transactions are subject to review and may be delayed, held, or rejected if they trigger AML/CFT controls or are flagged for suspicious activity.

5.2 Transaction Finality

Completed transactions are generally final. If you believe a transaction is unauthorised or erroneous, you must notify us within 30 days. GSF will investigate disputes and, where appropriate, initiate a reversal or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.3 Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed in your account dashboard and our published fee schedule. Fees may be updated with 30 days' notice. By proceeding with a transaction, you consent to the applicable fees being deducted from your account.

5.4 Currency Conversion

Currency conversions use live interbank rates with a spread disclosed at the time of conversion. Rates are indicative and subject to market fluctuation at the time of settlement.

6. GDT Digital Token

The GDT (Global Digital Token) is a TRC-20 utility token issued by SkyNet Dynamics S.A. on the TRON blockchain. Acquisition and use of GDT is subject to additional token terms available at gsf-digitalbank.com/token. GDT is a utility token and not a security or investment product. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile; you may lose some or all of the value of digital assets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the GSF platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and data — is the property of GSF, SkyNet Dynamics S.A., or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You grant GSF a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use data and content you submit solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GSF services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). The language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment on any award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
